

Cynthia D. Bonacci, 73, a resident of Houston, Texas, passed away Monday evening on August 2nd, 2021 at Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital. Her loving family was with her in those final moments. She was born on July 27, 1948 in the City of Perth Amboy, in Middlesex County, New Jersey to parents Dorothy Helen Skrocki and Gabriel William Bonacci. She graduated in 1966 from Newark High School, located in Newark, California, U.S.A. In 1978, she moved to Houston, Texas for her family and for her mother’s health.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her husband, James Earl Vaden, her daughter, Leah Marie Bonacci, her parents, Gabriel William Bonacci and Dorothy Helen Skrocki, and her sisters, Rosemarie Bonacci and Gladys Ann Bonacci Young. She is survived by her loving son, Gabriel W. Bonacci, daughter-in-law, Ingrid Cruz, and two grandchildren: Paula and Isabel, and step son, Lee Vaden and his wife Leila Vaden. She is also survived by her brother John Bonacci and his wife Connie Bonacci, and numerous nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews, Suzzanne Schneider, Marina Schneider, Dominic Schneider, Sean Mahan, Larry Mahan, Gena Mahan, Christina Bonacci, Joseph (Joey) Bonacci, Dominic Bonacci, Michael Taylor, Anthony Taylor, Nina Taylor, and Courtney Taylor.
Cynthia will be remembered for her thoughtfulness, generosity, and her innate ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable. She had the ability to make people feel special and loved. Fiercely loyal to family. A warm and loving heart that would have saved each and every rescue cat she found if she had the financial means available.
