Dan Tran

He was born in Saigon, Vietnam on October 24th, 1946 to Bau Tran and Lang Nguyen.

Later in life he would go on to meet and marry his wife Cam Nguyen and work in the field of Facilities Maintenance for the Harris County Hospital District.

He was a member of t the South Vietnamese Army and had a passion for music and singing.

Mr. Tran is preceded in death by his parents Bau Tran and Lang Nguyen.

He is survived by his wife Cam Nguyen and his children Loan Tran, Vu Tran, Judy Tran, Vicky Do, Phong Tran, and Johnnie Tran.

Services for Mr. Tran will begin Monday February 17th at 12:00 pm with a Buddhist Chanting ceremony followed by a public visitation from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm during which time there will be another chanting ceremony at 6:00 pm. Visitation will continue the following day on Tuesday February 18th from 10:00 am to 8:00pm during which time there will be two more chanting ceremonies at 11:00 am and 6:00 pm. On Wednesday February 19th a funeral service will take place beginning at 10:00 am followed by a witnessed cremation ceremony.
