She was born in Beaumont, Texas on September 25, 1944 to Lewie and Myrtle Fagg.
She was preceded in death by her father Lewie Austin Fagg, mother Myrtle Fagg, sister Eva Davis and brother Lewie Fagg Jr.
She is survived by her husband of almost 52 years Richard Sibley of Porter, TX. Children: Richard Sibley Jr. of Houston, TX, Laura Henderson and Bruce of Porter, TX, Kevin Sibley of Houston, TX and Kelly Sibley of Porter, TX. Grandchildren: Rēs, Rylee, Reagan, Dale, Drew, Aaron, J.C., Nicholas, Karissa, Kirby, Blake and Matthew. Great grandson Thaddeus. Siblings: Joyce Tait and Albert of Bentonia, MS, Betty Spies of Katy, TX and Walter Fagg and Delores of Vernon, TX. As well as numerous nieces and nephews.
