Daniel Kallie was born on April 22, 1951, in Washington County of Brenham, Texas to Lula Kallie. He accepted Christ at an early age, and later in his teenage years, joined Peoples Hope Missionary Baptist Church.
In 1980, he met the love of his life, Geraldine Moseby. After a long engagement, they joined together in Holy Matrimony on May 16, 1987. He began a driving career as a local truck driver, changing to an over-the-rode driver, and later becoming an owner operator covering most of the 48 continental United States.
In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, camping, barbequing, and cooking.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lula Kallie Casey, brother, William Casey III, brother, Clyde Andrue Casey, and sister, Valarie Eukiee Casey McDade.
His survivors are; his wife, Geraldine Kallie; sister, Lizzie (Ernest) Criswell; son, Shazzar Kallie of Los Angeles, CA; daughters, Mona Lisa and Kim; aunt, Josephine Kallie; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friend
