1916-2015
Darrell Thomas Spinks, 98, of Houston passed peacefully away on Saturday, October 10, 2015. Darrell was born on November 27,1916 to father, Joseph Spinks and mother, Ester (Ratliff) Spinks.
Darrell was preceded in death by his wife, Annabelle Ferry Spinks and grandson, Chris R. Holt. He is survived by daughters, Diane Matthews and Carolyn Uhrick, granddaughter Jan Uhrick and husband Paul, granddaughter-in-law Dianne Holt, great-grandchildren Chris Holt Jr. and wife Erin, Kelley Glover and husband Joe, Ronnie Holt, and great great-granddaughter, Reagan.
Visitation will be held at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas on Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 2-3pm followed by a private committal service at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
