David Michael Ford, 58, born November 30, 1954 entered into eternal rest November 5, 2013. Left to cherish his precious memories: loving wife, Carmen Ford; sons: Michael Ford, Adam Ford; daughter: Ashley Ford; granddaughter, Eden Ford; mother, Erlene Ford; siblings: Kenneth & Melissa Ford, John & Marilyn Pittman, Jeffery Ford, Clement & Kathy Wind, Kirby & Sandra Cowles, Ronald & Jaime Ford; along with numerous nieces, nephews; other loving family and a host of friends. Visitation will be Friday, November 8th from12-1pm with Funeral Services to begin at 1pm in the Grand Chapel of Brookside Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
