It is difficult to think that the Earth has been without you for a year. You brought so much of yourself to so many, your humor, your intellect, your many kindnesses to others. Your wife and daughter completed you, they are always in my prayers, as are you in hopes that where you are now is all that you dreamed it might be.

My deepest sympathies, I really enjoyed the projects we worked together over the last few years. My prayers and thoughts are with you all. Steven DeVillier

Cristina - My sympathies in the sudden loss of your husband David. David(Eddie)and I first met in 1978, we both worked at Texaco in Port Arthur. In fact we shared an office together. Through the years our career paths went different directions, but often our paths would cross and we would catch up on life and family. He thought highly of you and his daughter. You both gave him joy. Eddie and I would often talk about technical and life matters. I enjoyed talking with him because he was always honest on what he thought. Again my sympathies to you.

Cristina, I am writing to express my sympathies to you and your family. David (Eddie) and I first met in 1978 when he and I were working at Texaco. In fact we shared an office together. Although we followed different career paths, through the years our paths would cross and we would catch-up on life and family. We always had good honest discussions on life and technical matters. The reason is because David (Eddie) was an honest guy. He always spoke highly of you and your daughter. Again my sympathies in your loss.

Dear Cristina,
We are so sad to not be in Houston for this difficult moment. You are stronger than most of us but we wish you even more strength in these most trying times. We remember so warmly our dinners at the Buckingham with Costa and Despina and with admiration your courage all thru Eddie's battle and suffering. We will be back soon and will be there for you and Alexandra!!
We love you,

Shocked and saddened to learn of Eddie's passing. Eddie befriended me in high school, and we went on to be college roommates for our first three semesters at Ala. Many fond memories for sure.
My sincere condolences to Evelyn, Jerry, Steven, Christina and Alexandra.
