Delicia, I remember the first time I met you, it was at a Christmas party at your parents house you welcome to me with open arms in your room and I thought it was the coolest place to be with all your new kids on the block posters all over the wall. You were like a big sister to me and then when I had my own little sister I got jealous because you were always try to take her and I thought it was my job to be the big sister! I love you and I miss you you were there for my quinceanera you help teach the dances you were there for my wedding and you saw me have my babies and they love you and they're going to miss you so much!

Delicia,
It's going to be very hard to continue with out you in my life. I mean when I sit and think about it. We met and had a instant connection. I have to selfishly say we got to spend a lot of time together. Almost every weekend for at least 5-6 years. And not just weekends and sports events. We did birthdays, holidays, special occasions, girls trips and just because we needed each other to run away from everything days. You were a BIG part of my life. How did you make time for anyone else when I felt like you were always there for me? I am going to miss you. I am going to miss everything about you. You were special. See you later bestie. Visit me in my dreams. Keep in touch and send butterflies to me. I will always be thinking about you

My sister Delicia came into my life way before we were mothers. We are not sisters by blood but definitely sisters by heart. We spent a lot of family time together. Family outing, family dinners, camping, concerts, drive in movie nights, etc. We created so many memories that no one can take from me. You were always there when I needed someone to talk to for advice or just simply comfort. You had a way of putting things in perspective that made sense cause I was very hard headed and had my point of view and that was it, you opened my eyes to see it differently. I am going to miss you so much. But I know you will hear me call on you from time to time. Just remember like I told you before, you are banned from my restroom. Don't sneak a quick peak.. Lol.
Please watch over my family, protect them from any harm,
Rest in peace sister! I ❤️ you.

"D" had such a wonderful smile. I had the great fortune of working with her at Grocers for quite a few years. Every morning on my walk to the Data Center I'd look forward to passing through where she worked. She'd always greet me, or anyone else who passed by, with a bright smile and friendly "Good Morning!" D's personality was magnetic. I wish all the family and friends my blessings.
