Derrick De'Shawn Hunter

Derrick De'Shawn Hunter, Born to Cheryl Hunter Anderson April 8,1980 in Houston Texas. Derrick attended Betty Best Elementary, O'Donnell Middle and Elsik High School. Derrick was an Entrepreneur and his life skills included Carpentry, Tax Preparation and Bartending. Derrick was the life of the party and was loved by many. Derrick departed this life on August 15, 2023. He was preceded in death by his Grandfather Clyde Hunter, Grandmother Nora West and Uncle Reginald Hunter.

Derrick leaves to cherish his memory, His Mother Cheryl Anderson, Father Alvin Anderson, Brother Andrew Anderson, Wife Shy'Mesha Hawkins-Hunter, Son's Derrick Hunter Jr, Dominique Hunter, Royal-Derrick Deshawn Hunter, Sir'Bastyn DeShawn Hawkins. Daughter's Precious Hunter, Veronica DeShawna Hunter, One Granddaughter Nylea Hunter and Nephew Andre Anderson and a Host of Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Family and Friends. Saturday, September 9th, 2023, viewing from 10:00am -12:00pm; Funeral Service 12:00PM- 3:00PM at Garden Oaks Funeral Home and Crematory, 13430 Bellaire Blvd Houston Texas 77083.
