Aunt Lolly, such a gentle, sweet person.  Always smiling and sharing her love, from our days on Melchor Road in Houston, to our times in Stafford.  She was especially helpful to our family when my children, Melissa and Michael, were in SMSD.  She was always on the lookout for them.  We will miss you, Aunt Lolly, but know that you have been received in Heaven by our Lord.

Lolly was truly an Angel on earth! In all the years I was blessed to work with her at Stafford Primary I never saw her without a smile on her face, and she was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. Lolly was one of the strongest Christian ladies I have ever met and it gives me great peace to know that she is resting in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior. My prayers for peace and comfort go out to Auggie and the rest of the family.

I remember when I was younger, my mom pulling in the driveway across the street. Everyday I would check and see if Mrs. Lilly was on her porch sitting. If she was, I would sprint over greet myself to her every time. She had such a sweet wholesome voice. She walked with such grace and was an example of what true kindness looked like. All those days when my mom would work late. She would pick me up from daycare, drive us to her and Mr. Auggie’s residence and take care of me. She would cook for me and treated me like one of her grandchildren. Every time teaching me new things to say in Spanish, asking me about my day, and hanging on every word. Her impact on me growing up will forever shine through the person I am and will become. I view her as my abuela and hope God has granted her the peace she deserved. I will miss her dearly.

I am so saddened to hear that our sweet Lolie has left us but rejoice in knowing that she is before Jesus,  she is Home now.  
I loved Lolie, I loved being around her and loved hearing her talk in her sweet voice.  Such a beautiful lady.  She will remain in my heart forever.

Lollie was such an amazing woman! She was a very hard worker at our school!!!! She would stay late and come on weekends!  She also had a strong faith in Christ our Savior!  She spoke about her faith all the time!!! She was like a ray  of sunshine!  We will miss you Lollie! Now you are in the arms of Jesus! 

I remember the first time I met her in person. While I had heard a lot about her, I had never had the chance to formally meet her until she came to the school to help register her grand babies. The moment she walked in, I knew who she was because I had talked to her before. I remember getting so nervous even though she wasn’t intimidating at all, but I thought- she was one of the best Attendance Clerks at Stafford, I can’t mess up! When  I told her, she chuckled so gently and she told me, don’t worry sweetheart you’re doing great. We laughed and moved on.  I still remember her sweet loving voice that made me feel like I was her own grandchild or child! Ms. Lolly truly had a heart of gold! I will forever remember how sweet and kind she was to me and everyone else around me. You will be greatly missed! I will be praying for your loved ones. May God grant them peace, comfort and love during this time.

My fondest memories of Ms Lolly is her and my mom sitting on the bench outside of our house for hours, just talking. She was a mother to all of us.  She was always in her kitchen when I would come next door to borrow something while I was cooking. Her and Mr. Augie where there for me when I lost my dad, my aunt, my husband and my mother. She will truly be missed. She will always be in my heart, because I can't remember a time in my life that she wasn't in it.

Mrs. Lolly was one of the sweetest ladies anyone could know. She was my Grandmother Jean's neighbor for many years. They would can preserves together. Lolly will be greatly missed.
