Dolores C. Pena of Houston, Texas passed into eternal rest on September 6, 2017. She was born in Eagle Lake, Texas on April 12, 1932. Dolores worked as a librarian for Harris County Public Library.
Left to cherish her memories are children: Robert J. Pena, Ophelia Satchfield and Mary Munoz; 8 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and sisters: Rachel Mendoza and Josephine Chavez.
Family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, September 11, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Family Chapel at Brookside with the interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
