Donald graduated from Lubbock High School. Donald was a self employed auto body repair man. He also had a passion for cars and more cars.
Donald is preceded in death by his father, Royce Wilson, mother Lillie Mae, stepfather Weldon Maxwell, daughter Gina Michelle Wilson and brother, Roy Wayne Wilson.
Donald is survived by his daughter, Shannon Danford, grandson, Gavin O’Neal Danford, siblings, Paul Maxwell and wife Victoria, Dana Lynn Maxwell, nieces and nephew, Keisha Chagolla, Anslie Maxwell, Lexie Maxwell and Andy Chagolla and special friends that became family, Earnest and June Manley, Floyd and Shirley Petty, Sonny and Sue Phillips.
The family will receive visitors on Friday, October 20, 2017 at Brookside Funeral Home from 5 pm to 8 pm. The funeral service will be on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Brookside Funeral Home at 3 pm followed by the internment at Brookside Memorial Park.
