Dear Kim,
I am so glad our family came to visit all of you a few years ago. We had so much fun. We remember going to dinner with all of you and meeting the owner. He was so nice. I was so happy to see how much in love Uncle Hank and Aunt Donna was. They were always holding hands and smiling. They always needed to be together. That is a special love that they shared that is hard to find. I know Uncle Hank and Aunt Donna are in heaven holding hands and smiling down on you Kim. We love you and if you need anything, just let us know.

I met Donna and her husband at a friends house many years ago! I was so impressed by the devotion they had for each other! I had never seen this with other couples I knew!
It will for ever be in my memory!
RIP Donna, now the two of you can hold hands again! πŸ’ž

Dear Kim,
What an honor it was for me to know your family. Growing up In the neighborhood -what fun we had -
But we take all of those times for granted because Time passes so quickly.
I am so happy I was able to see your mom in the last couple of years and spend time with you guys.
Your mom was such a joy and a blessing in all of our lives.
I am here for you now and always.
Love ❀️ You, Tammy

Dear Precious Kim,
What a joy to have known your family for 40 years.
I honestly thought about trying to find some photos and realized I have over 1 million photos and it would probably take months for me to go through them and find some of the most fun pictures ever. But one day I will do so, and I will see that you have them.
When we lived three houses from each other,, I looked so forward to seeing your parents every afternoon and having a little visit and may be a cocktail with them. While you and the kids ran up and down the street having loads of fun.
I loved being around Hank and Donna. They were true honest people with so much love to give to everyone. I never heard your mom or your dad say a negative thing about anyone. Your parents were the kindest people and most sincere and genuine people that I have ever known.
It was such a joy when your parents met my parents. My father found his true good old buddy in Hank. And how many times did my Dad dance with Donna till the end of the party. My mom was not a dancer, but my mom loved Donna because she would keep my dad on the dance floor.
I remember at my parents 50th wedding anniversary party your dad gave the most beautiful toast to my parents it made both of them cry it was so beautiful.
At my dadβ€˜s birthday parties and my mothers birthday parties and all of the times we were together, I will never forget Hank and Donna and the fun, the love, and the true meaning of friendship with you and your parents.
It is true that your parents are surely together again as they were soulmates here and they will be soulmates in heaven forever. I love you sweet Kim.

Donna, you will be missed by many especially your daughter. When I met your daughter, you and your loving husband were gracious to me and accepted me into your home. You both entertained me with your loving personalities. You have the same birthday as my mother and I will always remember you. May you Rest In Peace and perpetual light shine upon you. Forever, Cecilia Sandoval

Kim thank you so much for taking the time to go through these pictures and post them. I know it was probably a very painful process for you, but I am sure just like me anyone who has not seen Aunt Donna in a long time will appreciate it . My fondest memories of your mom is when we were all standing in her big trifold mirror putting on make up getting ready to go out it was so much fun she was a beautiful lady inside and out and will be missed. I love you πŸ’•

Being a childhood friend of Kim for many years and a neighbor gave me the privilege and honor of spending almost every weekend at their house, eating their food, swimming in their pool, going on outings with them, laughing with them, sitting in the den watching Johnny Carson and what describes most my time with Mr. and Mrs. Gavens was PEACE! Mrs. Gavens was like my second mother during my teen years. She was always so kind to me. She always look beautiful and always had a gorgeous tan.🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

Beautiful, loving, fun, caring comes to mind when I think of Donna! Working as Hank’s secretary for over 10 years made me part of your wonderful family! Hank was the best boss ever! When I met Donna I was amazed that Hank had the perfect wife! When you were born then they had their perfect family! You are a perfect blend of Hank and Donna. You have so many wonderful qualities to be proud of that you got from this beautiful couple! I loved them dearly! Will never forget their kindness.

Dear Kim,
What can I say about your lovely Mother that has not already been said. She ALWAYS made me feel special and loved when visiting. Her love affair with Hank was an inspiration of what love should be, too. And most of all, anything they had their hand in was FUN! Parties at the house, spending the night with you, holidays - your parents made everyone, young and old, feel welcome and special. I hope you know how much you and your family is loved and share in your grief. Lisa
PS - the houseboat trip was a vacation to remember for sure! :)
