She was born in Houston, Texas on November 26, 1943 to Louis and Adelina Santos. Dora is survived by her husband of 49 years, Homer Hernandez; sons, Homer Bradley Hernandez and wife Miriam, John Louis Hernandez; five grandchildren; one brother; six sisters; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday, March 11th from 3 pm – 6 pm, at the chapel of Pat H. Foley & Co. the vigil service will begin at 6 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am on Monday, March 12th at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 4213 Mangum Rd., Houston 77092. Interment will follow at Forest Park Westheimer.
