She was born November 25, 1928 in Texarkana, Arkansas. Most of her childhood was spent in Louisiana until she moved to the Heights in Houston, Texas, where she graduated from Regan High School. Her parents, Oliver F. and Winnifred Lawler preceded her in death. Dorothy was the beloved wife of Don R. Conley, Sr. for 46 years until his passing in 1993.
She is survived by her children; Donny & Patsy Conley, Danny & Sandra Conley, Dianna & Rob Essex, DeeDee & Victor Bulerez,and Kenneth & Tanya Conley. Grandchildren; Darricka & Steven Raimer, D.J. & Terri Hunter, Jennifer & Ty Simon, Christy & Kenneth Wyatt, Kelly & Dario Murillo, Cheyenne, Megan, Lakota and Christopher Conley. Great grandchildren; Amber, Jacob and Brandon Raimer, Kailey and Cara Wyatt. Sisters; LindaTraylor and Darlene Tiffin. Brother; Wayne Lawler.
