Edward Ernest Haude

He graduated from high school at age 16 and immediately entered the Army, where he trained to work on heavy equipment and was sent to Korea.

He returned from Korea and worked for SW Bell Telephone for over 33 years, as a PBX installer and supervisor. He retired and went to work for the City of Houston Metro Bus Line for 10 years. He enjoyed his family and had his own Tractor Mowing Business in addition to renovating houses and leasing them out.

He is survived by his dear wife of 64 years, Belia Ann Haude. He is survived by his son, Michael Edward Haude and wife, Ti; daughter, Sandra Lynne Henderson and husband, Archie. Additionally survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

He moved to Livingston 15 years ago and enjoyed his new Lutheran Church Family at Trinity Lutheran Church, 221 Pan American Drive, Livingston, Texas 77351.

A visitation for Edward will be held Friday, December 8, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church, 221 Pan American Drive, Livingston, TX 77351. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 9:00 AM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039 with burial to follow at Brookside Memorial Park.
