Edward “Burnice” McGlaun, 84, entered into eternal rest on April 3, 2012 and joined his son, Eddy McGlaun. He was a member of Christ Church Baptist Fellowship. Burnice retired from Western Auto Supply after many years of service. In his spare time he enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family & friends. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Margaret Townley McGlaun; daughter, Patsy Perry & husband Billy; grandchildren: Natalie Furman & husband Kenneth, Stacey Perry, Trey McGlaun & wife Anneli, Jon McGlaun & wife Niki; 7 great grandchildren; sister, Martha Nell Pepper & husband Paul; daughter-in-law, Celeste Powell. Visitation will be from 12:30PM until the start of the service at 2PM on Friday, April 6th at Brookside Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
