Eddy was a friend to many and well known world wide.
His life was as large as his size. 
He knew just about everyone in the Rice football days of the 50’s.
He knew just about everyone in the pipeline industry
I loved to hear his commercial life stories even more than his foot ball stories. 
Here’s to a lost ST.Patty day in the mid-70’s and a man who was well known by the Texas title of “a real character” .
