Mr. Galvan was born on August 15, 1942 in Mexico to his parents, Arturo and Idolina Lucio Galvan.
He is survived by his wife Guadalupe M. Galvan; his son and daughter-in-law, Arturo and Angie Galvan; grandchildren Margarita, Caroline, Andrea, Gina, Michael and Christian; his daughter and son-in-law Virginia and Ricardo Gallardo; grandchildren Ricky and Ginny; his son and daughter-in-law Guadalupe and Ruth Galvan; grandchildren Jennifer and Arthur; and his son Efren Galvan, Jr.; his brother Enrique Galvan; sister Maria de Los Angeles Galvan; brother and sister-in-law Armando and Leticia Galvan; and sister and brother-in-law Nora and Arjelio Martinez.
Visitation for Mr. Galvan will be held at Crespo Funeral Home at 4136 Broadway St., Houston, Texas 77087 on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 from 5-9pm. The Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, July 8th at 10am at the Crespo Funeral Home. Mr. Galvan will be laid to rest at Forest Park Lawndale.
