Eileen "Eili" Robles (Grant) Semlali

She is remembered by her beautiful smile, her courageous spirit, and her unwavering love. Her laughter filled rooms. When you heard her voice you knew Eili was there. She loved her family and especially enjoyed her nieces and nephews. She was often found teaching children to read, paint, play, and pray. She enjoyed life to the fullest and she never missed an opportunity to laugh. And those that knew her knew God had a special place in her heart; as she shared her love for the Lord to all that knew her. You always heard God's word at her house and gospel songs on her radio. Her spirit, her laugh and her love will be in our hearts forever. She lives through her family who she cherished most.

She is survived by her children: Serena Paquette, Matthew Schneider, Adriana Sposato, Michael Sposato, Salim Semlali, Elliot Elsner; Her siblings: Candelario Trevino II, José Grant, Bernadine Gonzales, Geraldine Dornan, Charlene Garza, Frederick Grant, Jaqueline Alvarez, Michael Grant, Irene Flores, Mark Grant, Francine Grant; and her only grandson Dominick Paquette; and her numerous nieces and nephews. Her family finds comfort in knowing her pain is gone and her heart now rests with the Lord.

May God bless the woman deep within me, the woman I'm trying to be. May he mend where my heart is broken, and fill every empty space. May God erase the fears of my past, to create in me a brighter future. May he make me slow to anger and quick to forgive. Amen.
