Elba was born on October 27, 1932 in Nimaima, Cundinamarca, Colombia.
She was married to the love of her life Jorge Eduardo Heredia for 41 years.
She was a loving mother to five children, and a caring sister to eight siblings. She lived a long fulfilling life with a passion for history, painting, cooking and gardening.
She is survived by her children; Rolando Heredia, Jorge Heredia Jr., Omar Heredia, Adriana Monsalve
and Diego Heredia, grandchildren; Daniel Monsalve, Mindy McNeill, Colby Heredia, and Jacob Heredia,
great-grandchildren; Samuel McNeill, brothers and sisters; Miriam Arias, Nelly Vasquez, Flor Duarte,
Nancy Sanchez, Armando Arias, and Jorge Arias.
Funeral arrangements will be held at Brookside Funeral Home at Champions on February 25, 2022 at 4pm.
