Eleanor Jean Evans was born February 4th, 1960, to the parents of James Tillman Evans and Bertha M. Capell. She attended Kashmere High School. Eleanor Jean Evans deported this life on September 14, 2026, at 5:14 p.m. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bertha May Capell; father, James Tillman Evans; grandmothers, Dorothy Kelly and Lafronia Branch; grandfather, Howard Kelly; and her brother, James Dean Evans.
She leaves to cherish her memory; her loving husband of 44 years, Robert Blow; sisters, Regina Evans-Jeter and Evelyn Denise Evans; brother, Howard Evans; four children, Dorothy Evans, Jimmie Evans, Robert Evans and Donald Evans; an uncle, Zachary Kelly; and a host of grandchildren, too many to name somewhere around 44 and 4 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-laws, Kandy Evans, Savanah Evans and Ana Miles; one son-in-law, José Mireles; and countless niece and nephews and friends.
Eleanor Jean will be remembered for her sassy attitude and love for her kids. You better not mess with them kids or her husband, Robert. She did not play about them. She loved her flowers and music and let’s not forget chicken… lol. Her grandbabies where her pride and joy and she dedicated her last year’s spending as much time as she could with them.
