Elise B. Guidroz, born the 27th February 1914, peacefully passed away the 8th March 2015. She was preceded in death by her one true love, her husband Henry F. Guidroz, Jr. (who could do no wrong). She is survived by her devoted daughter Ann Marie Wewer, foster son Jose Arnold Paz, son-in-law Justin Wewer, six grandchildren: Tony Wewer, Michelle Hardt and husband Mike, Eric Wewer, Ella-Marie Chambers and husband Mark, Zachery Wewer and wife Jilian, and Elizabeth Sanders and husband Kyle. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren (soon to be 11).
The internment service is to be conducted at ten o’clock in the morning on Thursday, the 12th of March, at Houston National Cemetery, where the service is to be officiated by Deacon Justin Wewer.
Those honored to serve as casket bearers during Thursday’s services are Tony Wewer, Eric Wewer, Zachary Wewer, Mike Hardt, Mark Chambers, and Kyle Sanders.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her honor to The Pitt Hopkins Research Foundation.
