Elizabeth Whyte Selvidge, age 85, of Houston, Texas passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022. Elizabeth was born in Annbank Scotland on January 20, 1937 to parents Agnes O'Hara Keirs and Daniel Keirs. She met the love of her life Delbert Selvidge in Annbank Scotland and married on March 30, 1956. Elizabeth was a devoted homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Delbert Selvidge; father Daniel Keirs; mother Agnes O'hara Keirs.
She is survived by her daughter Debbie Mims; sons Daniel Selvidge, and Delbert Selvidge; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson.
A visitation for Elizabeth will be held Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A funeral service will occur Friday, June 17, 2022 at 2:30 PM in the Family Chapel at Brookside, followed by burial in Brookside Memorial Park.
Serving as pallbearers are John Mims, Jonathan Mims, Billy Selvidge, Delbert Selvidge, Jared Selvidge and Joshua Selvidge.
