Elma Delgado Cardona

Elma Delgado Cardona, age 95, of Katy, Texas passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. She is survived by her brother, Adalberto (Beto) Reyna and his wife Kim; her daughter Dolores Beane Russell; her son Jaime Delgado and his wife Pam; her son Carlos Delgado and his wife Veronica; 8 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Dolores Solis Reyna and Adalberto Reyna Sr; her brother Daniel Felipe Reyna. Elma was a wonderful loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who cherished every moment she shared with family and friends. She loved to cook, dance and most of all to take her grandchildren to the beach and zoo. Thank you for your kind thoughts and prayers. A visitation for Elma will be held Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 11:00 AM. A committal service will occur Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Brookside Cemetery. Family is asking for guests attending services to wear yellow and any floral arrangements being sent to the services to be yellow.
