Elouise Romana Rosenberg passed away February 26, 2014.She embraced life to its fullest. A very family oriented person who was always giving back to others. She had an infectious smile that could light up any room. Known to many for her style and flair for life.
Born in Richmond, Texas August 9, 1940 to Antonio and Clotilde Rangel and was one of ten brothers and sisters.
Married July 26, 1980 to Oscar Rosenberg.During her career at Region IV she was involved with various activities and functions. In addition, she volunteered her time at the Assumption Catholic Church teaching ESL classes and at the DOSS Community Center for special events.
Elouise is survived by her husband, three daughters, two son-in-laws, four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, one sister and three brothers.
