After serving 4 years as an USAF officer in Maine, he worked for and retired from Unocal petroleum. During his career he lived in Michigan, Wyoming, Utah and Texas. He was a Freemason and a Church Elder and enjoyed scuba diving, sailing, theater and time with family.
Elton will join in eternity his parents Ray R. and Lilly H. Wilkerson and his sister Carolyn Anderson. He is survived by his wife, Judy Wilkerson, his sister Gwenda Berry, his daughters; Kathryn L. Malin and Jennifer S. Lilly, his step-children Shelly and Robert Mathews, his grandchildren J.Brandon Rollins, Sarah C. Lilly and John A. Malin, his great-granddaughter, Summer F. Rollins and many other relatives and friends who will miss and love him forever.
