I only just found out that after searching for you that you are not lost but in heaven!! I am deeply saddened that we do not have you here but know that you Emily will be watching over us all!! Your love for your boys and your kind nature touched so many!! I always wanted to be like you!! You are truly missed!!

I miss you more and more each day.  Amy gets married this weekend and we are all so excited for her and Eric.  It's going to be a beautiful as we all know you'll be with us shining your beautiful soul on their day.  I love you with all my heart...Jen

A fierce intellect, a bright burning spirit, a larger than life presence, and one of the sassiest mouths in Alief, my memories of Emily will for ever remain in sharp, full-color contrast to the faded grey of my past just as they have in the twenty years since we first met in Mrs. Blalock's English class and bonded over me using Slayer lyrics in my essays. She deserves that, and that is the only way to remember her faithfully and with the love she inspired in her friends. My very deepest, most heartfelt condolences and sympathy to her family and the others who loved her and cherished her. A mighty soul no longer walks among us and, with her absence, the world is diminished.

Emily ,  you were one of the most caring and loving mothers I have ever had the chance of knowing. It's been an honor knowing you. I know your legacy will be carried out through your beautiful children as well as all the lives you have touched along the way. You have left an everlasting imprint on my heart and I am forever thankful. Heaven has certainly gained a wonderful angel.

I was honored and privileged to be there to say “hello” when Emily arrived in this world and, sadly, to say “goodbye” upon her passing.  The angels wept the day she left you, and they weep again today with Emily's final adieu…  She's a bright star in the heavens now looking down and protecting all those she loved.

It was a privilege to have met you and become a part of your life. You had a unique personality and your disposition was awesome. I'm so appreciative that we met, became close, and that you knew how much you meant to me. Many things will continue to remind me of you, and you will never be forgotten, I'm sure, by anyone lucky enough to have met you.

There are a very few people that i have met in this world that i could say where true friends. You never wanted anything from me other then my friendship, and most of the time i didnt deserve it. You will alway be the brightest star in my night sky, and my chemtrain on a clear day.I miss you and will always.

To hear of your passing saddens me.  Many fond memories of my youth have you in them. Rest peacefully.

We started an acquaintance young, those who knew you then remember you now. Life is to short that's what you are telling us, so we cherish the pictures from O'Donnell and high school. From your abstract art to sarcastic comments we all laughed with you. No wonder it rained all day yesterday it was your way of taking away the frowns and sadness, many of us are in disbelief.
