"Let's go walking" Those words I will forever cherish as that was our favorite thing to do at ALL the reunions. Aunt Emma Lee you may be gone but you will never ever ever be forgotten. No more pain no more sorrow, I know that you are smiling down. Please tell my Grandma (Hazel) and Grandpa (Calvin) that I miss them oh so much ( you will most likely find them on the creek fishing 🥲). Give them a big hug and kiss from me. Spread my love to ALL our loved ones that have passed on. Rest on Auntie, thy good and faithful servant! ❤️

Mrs Emma you will be deeply missed from the cool cups to your lovely smile. We missed you the day you left the neighbor hood, how you use to sit on the porch and speak to us as we pass by, then tell us to get back to the house. You was a good neighborhood mom and we loved you for being the kind women that we will never forget. Love Rene and family💖

I love my Auntie and I will miss her like crazy! I am disappointed that we only seem to get together when there is a death. I am afraid our children won’t even know each other. If we are holding a grudge over something talk about it. The sad thing is half the time we don’t even remember what we were upset about. I remember she would ask me if I still had my quarter between my knees, sorry Auntie I lost that quarter a long time ago 🥲. And Remember the time we were at the funeral home in Houston and couldn’t find Kayla because she was hiding in one of the show caskets? 😂🥲. Tell my momma and my other ancestors hi and I love them all and we are truly blessed to have them watching over us. I will do better with my family. I love you

You're gone buy not forgotten, Your memory is a treasure,
I'll keep within my heart.
Auntie (God saw you getting tired. When a cure was not to be. So He wrapped his arms around you, and whispered, "Come to me".
You did'nt deserve what you went through, and so He gave you rest.
God,s garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best.
So when I saw you sleeping, so peaceful and free from pain.
I could not wish you to come back, to suffer all that again).
I'll miss you dearly but you're where you wanted to be.

Love your niece Doris

To the family of Emma Lee, we extend our sincere condolences to you all in the loss of your loving Emma Lee. I had the pleasure of seeing her about five years ago. We had some good laughs about the shenanigans we pulled in the woods in Jasper. She always had a good story to tell that we had forgotten. Our love and prayers from the children of Cousin EmmaStanfield. Jimmie Bill(RIP) Bettye Lois and Linda. Children of Cousin Virginia Spikes. Freddie, Mary, Warren, and Sherman(RIP)
