Enoch Alfred Elijah Edwards

He was a loving husband and an extraordinary Dad who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Alfred was born on May 17, 1946 in St. Catherine, Jamaica where he grew up. He later relocated to the United States where he settled in Houston, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Edwards and Myrtle Pryce; brothers Cyril, Gerald, Authur; and sisters Marie and Denise. He is survived by his wife Maxine Edwards; and brothers Lance, James, and John.

He also leaves behind children Leron Edwards and wife Rhonda, Geraldine Edwards-Downer and husband Richard, Edmarie Edwards-Hall and husband Christopher, Devine Edwards, Marsha Edwards, Kareen Brown and husband Lyndon, Narda Edwards, Myrtle Charles and husband Emmanuel, Denise Edwards, Morris Mckenzie, Stanford Boothe and wife Paulette, Christopher Belnavis; along with special sons and daughters, Kadian Parchment, Alrick Esberry, Samoya Copeland, Janelle McClean, Brenda Baines, and Junior Anthony Johnson. He was proud of his 24 grandchildren and his three great-grandchildren.
