Enriqueta O. Estrada

Henrietta, known by family as Keta, and known as "KK" by her grand nephews and grand nieces, was born on October 13, 1939 in Clay, Texas to her loving father Jose Ortega and devoted mother Lilia Rios. The oldest of ten children, Henrietta was a strong but kind soul. She is preceeded in death by her fellow siblings, Alberto Ortega, John Ortega, Carmen Acosta, Benita Avalos, and Joe Ortega Jr.

Henrietta worked most of her life before retiring, and had many hobbies which she enjoyed including reading, crocheting, and sewing. She often made baby blankets for new additions to the family and took pleasure in making quilts. One of her very favorite activities was to join her brothers Raymond, John, Leon, and Joe on hunting, fishing, and camping trips.

Henrietta loved her family and enjoyed spending her time with her many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews. She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Leon Ortega, Marie Garcia, Raymond Ortega, and Jeanie Rodriguez.
