

Ernest Frank Anders, 89, of Houston, Texas was born on January 13, 1925 in Ammannsville, Texas and went to be with the Lord and his loving wife, Margie of 63 years, on May 26, 2014. Ernest was a loving husband, father, and grandfather that had a very strong faith and trusted Jesus Christ for his salvation. Ernest was an active member of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church and the SPJST Lodge 88, Men’s Breakfast Club, Lifetime Achiever Award 2007, Mr. & Mrs. Czech 2004, Delegate of SPJST Convention, Czech Heritage Singers and Dancer’s . He loved outdoor camping, motorcycles, trout-line fishing, jet-skiing, time at the lake and dancing to Czech music. Ernest graduated from Texas State, Majored in Finances, Minor in Real Estate.
He is survived by his children Shirley Anders Lucas; husband Ike, Daniel Anders, wife Mona, Jimmy Anders, wife Julie. His grandchildren Gabe Lucas, Noah Anders, wife Chassie, Crystal Habel, husband Steven, Courtney and Casey Anders. Brothers, Sydney and Ivan Anders, with numerous nieces and nephews.
Ernest’s visitation will be Friday May 30, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. with a rosary starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. A service celebrating Ernest’s life will be Saturday May 31, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home Chapel. Concluding services Ernest will be laid to rest at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
