Mom, I thank you for all the life lessons and examples you set for us throughout the years that we were Blessed to spend together. You were an amazing, devoted Wife, Mother, Sister, Daughter, Grandmother and Great Grandma. We couldn't have asked for anything better. You will forever be my Queen and will be dearly missed! Today I will see you physically for the last time but forever carry you in my heart. RIP forever in my heart ❤️ Love you Mami.

My deepest condolences to the entire Rodriguez family and a special hug to my dearest Eva. I still remember watching your mom dancing with your dad many years back  and now she’s celebrating and dancing in heaven . The loss of a mother is one of the hardest things to go through in life but God is so loving that He will bring her back to you many times in your dreams until you see her again one day in paradise. May God give you peace as you mourn  her passing.

Es una pena que no crecí conociéndote, pero cuando lo visitamos en 1991, con mis 6 hijos, por primera vez, durante el fin de semana. Tenía 28 años. Uno de mis hijos era un bebé.
Recuerdo que inmediatamente me recibiste en tu casa.
Fuiste muy dulce y me ayudaste con mis hijos. Recuerdo que me ayudaste con mi hijo enfermo y mi bebé.
Ojalá pudiéramos retroceder en el tiempo para conocernos mejor, pero estoy seguro de que algún día lo haremos.

Querida madrastra,
It’s unfortunate that I didn’t grow up knowing you,, but when we visited in 1991, with my 6 children, for the first time, for the weekend.  I was 28 years old. One of my children was a baby. 
I remember, You immediately welcomed me in your home.  
You were very sweet and helpful to me and my children. I remember you helping me with my sick child and my baby.  
I wish we could turn back time so that we can get to know each other better, but I’m sure one day we will.

My lovely and wonderful grandmother I couldnt have asked the lord for a better grandmother than what Ive already had Te extrano much ama , you were my second mother as I grieve for you in silence to be strong for our family but as I grieve , my tears arent filled with sadness as they are filled with joy that you lived your life and you lived to see not only your grandchildren but as well as your grate grandchildren. I love you grandma y tambien tu Carmensita 💕🙏😘

I remember many wonderful visits with this very special lady.  I am sad that we lost touch over the more recent years.  She was always so kind to us and we were so grateful for her kind hospitality while we were in her home.  

Eva please know that you and the entire family are in our prayers during this difficult time and we love you.
