Estanislada Barron Villarreal

Estanislada Barron Villarreal (also lovingly known as Stella by family and friends) was born July 9, 1948 in Houston, Texas to Agustina Orosco Barron and Jesus Serna Barron. She passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at her home in Lindale Park of Houston, Texas, at the age of 72.

Those who knew Stella remember her for her boundless energy and strong sense of duty – our family has sadly lost a great pillar, devoted wife, sister, aunt and dear friend. She lived a life faithful to Jehovah God, one of courage, beauty and thoughtfulness. We will never forget her loving aid to others; she gave so much and asked for so little in return. From a young age, she was driven to achieve her goals with hard work and determination; which set a standard for her nieces and nephews to live by.

She had many creative passions that gave our world so much light over the years. Her sense of style and elegance in every occasion left great impressions. She was very imaginative and innovative, which made her hobby of crafts effortless and always unique. She had an eye for photography – beautifully capturing precious moments and milestones for friends and family. Spring will soon surround us with millions of reminders of her favorite hobby – gardening, where she spent most of her time tending to her plants and flowers. Stella will be greatly missed by many.

Stella is survived by her husband of almost 55 years, Romero Tamez Villarreal; sister Chene Obregon Sanchez; brothers Raul Barron and wife, and Jaime Barron; 9 nieces and 5 nephews; and 28 grandnieces and grandnephews.

She was preceded in death by father Jesus Serna Barron, mother Agustina Orosco Barron, brother Jesse Orosco Barron, Jr. and nephew Max Obregon.

Serving as pallbearers for the service are Jesse James Barron, Raul Daniel Obregon, Andres Sanchez, Maegan Marie Sykes, Nicholas Scott Sykes, Rudy Gonzales and Luis DeLeon.

The family acknowledges with profound appreciation all the personal kindnesses, prayers and other expressions of love and sympathy during this time of bereavement. May Jehovah keep each of you in His tender loving care.
