She was born March 6, 1927 in Ida, Louisiana and has been a resident of Houston, Texas since 1969. Ms. Cassard attended Saint John Vianney Catholic Church and member of the Women's Club from 1997 through 2005. Esther was known for her wonderful cooking, fishing, growing her beautiful plants along with growing tomatoes and cayenne peppers. She also enjoyed music and was very talented with drawing and painting.
Preceded in death by her husband, W. Rodney Cassard. Survived by her three children R. Paul Cassard of Houston, TX, W. Thomas Cassard of The Woodlands, TX and her daughter Nanci Cassard of Houston, TX, Grandson Clay Landon Cassard of The Woodlands, TX.
