Evelyn S. Nobles born March 4, 1926 in Seagoville Texas went home to be with her Lord Sunday April 7, 2019. Evelyn was a longtime resident of Pearland Texas and Cypress Texas.

After raising her own family she went on to raise her granddaughter. In total Evelyn raised children for 50 years. Family and faith were very important to her. She made sure that the family gathered together on major holidays, usually at her home. Evelyn loved to sing and enjoyed singing in the church choir wherever she attended. In later years she loved to sing karaoke in the senior home where she resided.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her first husband, Howard Stanford, her second husband Jack Nobles and her precious granddaughter Jennifer Stanford.

Surviving family members include sons Larry Stanford and his wife Ann, Dale Stanford and wife Benita and daughter Diane Stanford and wife Nancy. Grandchildren: Charlie Stanford, Christie Noska and husband Jeff, Cindy Benoit and husband Darrel, and Robby Stanford,. Great grandchildren: Brian Garland and wife Alyssa, Christopher Garland, Katelin Garland, Caleb Noska, Elissa Noska and Athan Noska and Great Great grandson Jack Garland.

Services will be held Thursday April 11, 2019 at Crespo Funeral home on Broadway in Houston Texas. Visitation will be from 10 – 11am with the service to follow at 11am.
