Fernando Bueno Felix Sr.

Fernando (Andy,Andong) Bueno Felix of Houston, Texas, entered into eternal rest on February 16, 2026, at the age of ninety-two. He was born on December 8,1933, in Camiling, Tarlac. He was a loving and devoted husband to Consuelo Roque Cuchapin; steadfast supporter to children Rocel, Helen, Gemma, Nilda and Redd (Fernando Felix Jr.); and adoring grandfather to Jose Paolo, Elisha, Lorenzo and Jose Raphael.

He earned a degree in Agriculture from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and went on to a distinguished professional career, first with the Bureau of Plant Industry and later with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (Central Bank of the Philippines). As a Rural Bank auditor and credit evaluation officer, his work required extended assignments throughout the Visayas and Mindanao.

In his personal life, Fernando found great joy and appreciation in spending time with family and friends, particularly during gatherings and shared celebrations. He valued fellowship and community and was actively engaged in senior and cultural organizations. Fernando served as a dedicated treasurer for many years of the United States Senior Association of Texas and the Philippine American Senior Citizens Organization of Houston, Inc. Consuelo served as secretary.

Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of his life and legacy.

Viewing will be held at the Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park, located at 2454 South Dairy Ashford Road, Houston, Texas 77077, March 13, (Friday) 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. A vigil and prayer service will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Final rites will be held at the same location on March 14, (Saturday) 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment services will follow at 12:00 p.m. at Forest Park Cemetery.
