Florence Ann Fiedler passed away peacefully on Good Friday (March 29, 2024) surrounded by her loving family in her home. She was one of the kindest souls that you would ever meet. Florence maintained her kindness, grace, compassion, and love of family and friends (& dogs) throughout her blessed life of 97 years.
Florence was predeceased by: her husband Gustav; and her sons, Dennis and Peter.
Florence was a loving wife, mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother who is survived by: Anne Fiedler and Carol Murphy; Kevin, son, along with Peggy and the Marrou family (Leslie, Chad, Emma, Mollie, & Elliot); Michael, son; JoAnn Baker and the Western family (Kelly, Wes, Gustav, & Jocelyn); Timothy, son, along with Lynn, Jacob, and Joshua; and Eileen, daughter, along with Dale and Colleen Miller.
Many times, Florence expressed gratitude for her long life, full of varied experiences, as evidenced by a handwritten note from her:
"Thanks, kids, for the memories – it was ‘A Wonderful Life.' Love, Mom"
