He is survived by a loving wife and best friend Mary Jane Kelsey. His two daughters; Catalina Kelsey Tello and Sharon Renee Kelsey. Floyd had six wonderful and loving grandchildren as follows Stephanie Tello, Pete Tello Jr.,Nicholas Tello, Mark Gallegos, Alyssa Gallegos and Malorie Gallegos. Floyd had a good friend Pat Vaughan. Floyd will be loved always and deeply missed.
