In 1962 she married the love of her life Bobby Joe Boyd. They had a loving 60 year marriage until Bobby passed in 2022.
She was an incredible florist, housewife, momma and Nana. She never met a stranger and was always a caring and listening woman to all.
She is survived by her daughters; Beckey Boyd Gooden (Ronnie), Tammy Boyd Green. Also her grandchildren Chantelle Boyd (Terry) and Dustin Green (Christina).
She is also survived by her great grandchildren Ethan Green, Bralyn Hopes, Kaidasen Green, Dustin Jr Green, and Rylince Green.
Fon is also survived by her brother David Tucker, brother in law Cecil Boyd and sister in law Linda Boyd, two nieces Lou Anne Sanders Buaas (David) and Cindy Sanders Moreland (Kenny). Fon also has “adopted” children and neighbors Mark and Alma Padilla and Family and her best “sister/friend” Jean Downs and Family.
