Frances Marie Fuller Cody, 90, of Houston, Texas for the past 75 years, passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018. Born November 11,1927, in Crockett, Texas. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Sydney Mayes Fuller and Lizzie Lee Henderson Fuller, her son, Cordell Mayes Cody, and her granddaughter, Lauren Elizabeth Cody. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Roy Cody; son Carlton Cody, his wife Sheryl, all of Houston, Texas; granddaughter, Leigh Ann Cody Rutherford, husband William; great grandchildren, Cameron and Carlee Rutherford of Cypress, Texas. Frances is also survived by her brother, Mayes Fuller of Hallettsville, Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of Tallowood Baptist Church since 1969. She was a graduate of Jeff Davis High School and was self employed in family businesses all of her life. She was a successful business woman, licensed Black Brangus cattle inspector and licensed realtor. Her favorite pastimes were spending time at their ranch and traveling. She considered her family her greatest joy and her greatest accomplishment. Frances will be greatly missed by her many friends and family
