Frances was born on July 9, 1929 in Pittsburgh, PA, where she lived until she joined the United States Navy in 1949. Fran was a radio operator for the USN in Pensacola, Florida during the Korean Conflict until she married Frank Morrison, who was also in the Navy, in 1952. Frances became a homemaker and mother to six children; Sandra, Kim, Peter, Susan, Geri and Lisa. After living in multiple locations including Bermuda, the family settled in Houston, Texas where she lived out her remaining days.
Frances Anne Price Morrison entered into eternal rest on May 31, 2020 with her children by her side. Frances was preceded in death by her father, Joseph B. Price Sr.; mother, Grace M. Price; brother, Joseph B. Price Jr.; sister, Nancy P. Cochran; daughter, Susan F. Morrison; and grandson, Caley Bertl. Frances leaves behind five children, eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren who will miss her, but know she is at peace and in a place where she is young, carefree and able to eat as many sweets as she wants. We will miss you and will always love you Mom.
