MULLINS FRANCES MARIE - passed away on May 5, 2013, at the age of 76. She was born and married in Houston, Texas. She received a degree in English and Latin at University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Fine Arts at Texas Woman's University. A talented artist, she had several gallery exhibitions; and a love for teaching art, especially to children.
