Francisco was born on April 27, 1924, in Los Angels, California. He was preceded in death by his son Juan Francisco and his sister Betty and her husband Armando. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Esperanza; his children Olga, Jaime, Ricardo, Hector and Guadalupe; his nieces Karen, Pam, and Lisa; his in-laws Rudy, Nora, Loralea and Efrain; his grandchildren Denise, Joshua, Francine, Alexandra, Cristian, Cassie, Elise and Caleb; and his great grandchildren Francesca, Vivian, Penelope and Joseph.
Francisco was a dedicated husband, committed father, and easy-going grandfather and great grandfather. He loved baseball and as a young man played amateur baseball in Los Angles and Mexico. He worked as a master brick mason throughout his career and dedicated his retirement years to his countless woodworking projects. His favorite pass times included collecting toy classic cars, watching Astros and Dodger baseball, assembling complex puzzles, and listening to big band music and Latin love songs.
