Francisco Castro

Francisco Castro, 81, of Pasadena, TX, passed away, Wednesday morning, May 31, 2023, surrounded by family. He was born December 11, 1941, in Mexico City, MX, the son of Rodolfo and Manuela Castro. He met the love of his life Martha Castro in 1965 and were married on February 14, 1981. Francisco held several jobs as a young adult and retired from Pasadena ISD after 14 years. Francisco loved his family and especially spoiling his grandchildren. He was the matriarch and the foundation of our family. He experienced and overcame a lot in his 81 years of life and had so much wisdom to share. He will be deeply missed by many.

Francisco is survived by his wife, Martha Castro; daughter, Guadalupe Castro (Lupe); grandchildren, Logan Castro, and Dylan Castro; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Rodolfo and Guadalupe Castro; sisters, Rosa, Agustina, and Julia Castro.

A visitation for Francisco will be held Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 4136 BROADWAY ST, HOUSTON, TX 77087. A rosary will occur Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, 4136 BROADWAY ST, HOUSTON, TX 77087. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, June 7, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 4136 BROADWAY ST, HOUSTON, TX 77087. A committal service will occur Wednesday, June 7, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Grand View Funeral Home & Memorial Park/Bethany Cemetery, 8501 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX 77505.
