Francisco L. Delgado was a retired professional photographer from Perth Amboy, NJ. He and his beloved wife, Teresa moved to Houston, TX in 1987. He was a loving husband and father to his children and step-children. He will be missed by all those he touched during his lifetime. God Bless him and may his soul rest in peace, AMEN.
