5 siblings. Frankie grew up in the surrounding area. Frankie attended school in
the Houston Independent School District graduating from Phyllis Wheatley Sr.
High School. Some people called him Frankie, Frank, Son, Brother, Unk, Cuz,
Dad and Husband man of many hats.
Frankie worked for several warehouses as a forklift operator until he was no
longer able to. Frankie met and married Warqueena (Quito) Simpson and with
this union they parented a told of 12 children together. Frankie was a member
of Bread of Life Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor
Reginald Harris where he remained 0 member until his death. Frankie was the
most fun-loving person if he loved you, you were loved. He always kept a smile
on his face, if you needed a donee partner or not, he was ready and you had
better known what it was thot you were doing.
Frankie was a very well-known person always willing to help the next person.
Also, a very protective man no matter who it was. Frankie's life transitioned on
September fh at home with family. Frankie is preceded in death by his
Grandparents Mozell Tay/or. Wilbert Simmons sr; his /ather Wilbert Simmons
Jr. step mom Bertha, along with 4 siblings Roy, Shirley Ann, Brinda, Ricky, 2
aunts Hazel Washington, Hazel Simmons, 2 uncles Albert, Timothy Sr. along
with 1 daughter Jacolie Simmons, and 1 grandchild.
Frankie leaves in his passing to mourn his mother Mary (Betty) Watkins, Wife
Warqueena (Quito) Simmons, his siblings Debbie Davis (Anthony), Edward Sr.
(Loyce», Catherine (Elaine), Victor (Lajuanna), David, all of Houston, TX.
Matthew (Tee Boy) Charlene of Trinity, Tx. Linda, Mary at Monroe Louisiana,
sister in law LuShonda Glover (Kenton), brother in law Daryl Simpson.
His children are as followed, Frankie Jr., Damion, Frankiesha, Franquiesha,
Chasidy, terian, Terencia, Colby, Marcus, Brittany, Cherish. Ta make his life
even greater he has a total of 12 grandchildren
Frankie also has (6) aunts, Louisa Copper of Crockett, Tx., Gladys Lampkin, Ida
Washington, Shelia Singleton, MicheJle Montgomery, Demetrius Platt, (4) un-
cles Ronald Washington, Alvin Washington, Authur Simmons and Leroy Drake
all of Houston Tx.
If this family wasn't big enough, he also had a host of nieces and nephews,
great nieces and nephews.
An abounding number of cousins and friends.
