Frank lived his life to the fullest on Trinity Bay. In Mont Belvieu, he graduated from Barbers Hill High School in 1977, and his work as a Pipefitter took him to various chemical plants all along the ship channel. His greatest accomplishments were his five wonderful children and his dedicated work with recovery in Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous. In his spare time he rooted for the UT Longhorns, danced Country Western, and kept fit by working out at the gym.
He is preceded in death by his parents Franklin Edward White II and Margaret “Peggy” (nee Patterson) Atkins. He is survived by his children, Christina and Jerry Arrendono of Dayton,Texas, Joby White of Conroe,Texas, James White of Conroe,Texas, Mackenzie White of Baytown, Texas, Kendall and Cameron Salmon of Oceanside,California, his granddaughter Addison Arredondo, his guardian of 12 years Monika Giersiepen of Houston, Texas, his niece GiGi Atkins-Tyson of Buffalo, New York, Aunt Eleanore and Uncle Alan Patterson of Anchorage, Alaska, many extended family and many, many friends.
