Aunt Freddie, growing up I had the privilege of spending time at your house and always felt like family. May your soul rest in paradise as you have joined your other family who was at the gate waiting for you.

A queen among women.  Words cannot express my gratitude to God for the gifts she brought into my life.  Now a queen with the Lord in heaven.  Im so sorry I cant be there to honor her with you.  Forever in my heart: forever with me in all the things I learned at her knee.  Thank you, Lord, for blessing us with her presence: receive her into your loving arms..

May God give you Strength Arvis during your time of sorrow.  Freddie was love by all and was very dear to me as you and the kids are. I love you and will always be here for you as long as God and you allows me.

I've known Freddie Jean Fields for nearly fifty years. I've known a lot of people, but surely, Freddie was the best human being I have ever known. She was extremely kind, even when she had to reason to be. I'm sure that in this time of turmoil, God needed her more than we did. I am so grateful to her for modeling kindness to everyone around her. I'm grateful we told each other often, "I love you." Arvis, you are in my thoughts. Dixie
