Buddy was born in June of 1942, in Houston, Texas, to George and Mary Belle Campbell Kluppel. As a native Houstonian, he graduated from Lamar High School and went on to graduate with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston, where he met his future wife, Sharon.
Buddy and Sharon built an incredible life together, surrounded by family and friends.
